The Company

We have six Locations across Sydney, with a team of Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Exercise Physiologists and Massage Therapists. Our group is a rapidly growing Allied Health Care provider that has been providing exceptional service to the community since 2015. Our focus is to provide a vibrant and positive experience for each patient and ensure they get out of pain and back to doing the things they love.

We are looking for a friendly, dynamic and enthusiastic Practice Manager, passionate about customer service and team organisation.

About the Role

You will have an opportunity to contribute to the shape and success of the clinic whilst still having the support and collaboration of a large, experienced team across six other clinics.

You will be responsible for a variety of duties such as:

  • Manage a Team of Allied Health Professionals
  • Keep Team accountable to Weekly Tasks
  • Conduct Sales and Customer Service Calls
  • Manage the inbound phone calls from clients wanting to book appointments
  • Manage the turnaround of clients calling to cancel or change an appointment
  • Communicate the value of our services (in person and on the phone)
  • Successfully handle price/money objections 
  • Successfully handle any objections to Plan of Care bookings
  • Hold a lengthy (at least 15-20 minute) conversation with new clients on the phone  ensuring that clients are committed and bought into our service
  • Provide an exceptional waiting room environment for our clients that they’ll look forward to coming back to
  • Communicate with clients before, during and after appointments to ensure satisfaction is being achieved 
  • Ensure that all invoices are raised on time, every time and are sent to the appropriate person (in house or externally)
  • Organise and plan all practitioners schedules – maximising efficiency and revenue for the clinic
  • Foster deep relationships with clients
  • Develop and regularly update the procedures library so that every aspect of the role is  document and can be achieved by anyone else in the business

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A vibrant personality with the ability to hold meaningful conversations with Clients on the phone and in the waiting area
  • Make all our clients feel welcomed and remembered 
  • Organisation and planning skills to help the smooth running of the clinic
  • Demonstrates an ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information 
  • Attention to detail: does not let important details slip through the cracks 
  • Demonstrates tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done
  • Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company
